If you look fat then it's down to your diet not the gear..
The only thing that counts is lean muscle gain..you could repeat(up dosage slightly).

Now you have finished it, do you still have the fat/water or has it come off.. how much have you from before you started the dbol till you came off it? (i.e when it's fully out of your system)..
Iv lost alot of the weight but have put a bit of muscle on. I have got a bit of fat on my waste and my diet has not been to good...
Get the diet back to how it should be first... then back on.. if you feel you had good gains then do same again in my opinion.. maybe keep diet a little stricter..

Depends on what I'm looking to achive at the time mate... if it's pure bulk (not worried about fat) then each meal can be 700-1000 calories - for 6-7 meals per day amd dont pay too much attention to whether these are low or high GI.
I try to split my meals between at least 50% solid food and 50% shakes etc..
I look to get 50g protein each meal regardless of what source... if I want to diet I go low carb with absolutely no sauces whatsoever and if I want a lean bulk I have moderate carbs but avoid any high GI carbs and sauces where possible.
If I were you judging by what you have said id go for a lean bulk... high protein moderate carbs but all from good healthy sources and avoiding condiments and sauces where possible incorporating in healthy fats too!..
