How did everyone do their first week? I stuck to the program 100%. I went to aerobics class 3 days and worked out on Wii Walk It Out 3 days. I am proud of myself for how well I stuck to it. My weekly weigh in was this morning and I lost 3.4 pounds So, how did you do?..

This has been my first week also. I have stuck to the program 100% and even got a few days of exercise on the wii fit. My 1st weigh in day is tomorrow. Wish me luck...

Good luck to you both! I've been on the program since November 30 and I've lost 43.5 pounds. If you work the program, the program works for you!..

Just finished my first week and weighed in today......i lost 3.5 pounds and lost 5 1/2 inches off my body !!!!..

I'm on my 3rd week, going into my 4th and I still haven't weighed in yet. I feel like I've lost some since starting, but I'm still nervous about weighing...

1st weigh-in on Tuesday and I lost 7.6 pounds...wow! Now halfway into week 2 I haven't lost anything, though I have been told that it is normal to stall for a week or two. Kicking up the exercise this weekend for sure!..

Welcome to Nutrisystem everyone. Sounds like you are all doing well with your programs.

Ksuwildcat, Wow, what a first week you had. You lost a lot of waterweight that week. It's really motivating, but you can't expect losses like that each week. A normal loss on Nutrisystem is 1 to 2 pounds per week. If daily fluctuation or no movement on the scale upsets you or makes you start doubting your program you may be better served by weighing in only once per week.

Keep up the good work everyone. Nutrisystem works when you work the program...

Congrats on your losses. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation. I've been on plan for 5 days and need to increase the frequency of my cardio exercise. But, I am getting two solid one hour weight/cardio sessions per week. I know I can do it. I too am nervous about the scale. I got on the scale on the third day and had gone up a little - seeing TZ's stats make me a little less nervous so even if I don't lose I will stay the course at least through two ful orders...
