Today was a tough day for me and I didnt even have all that yummy food facing me, so you go girl for resisting. Im not even sure why today was so hard but it was my toughest day since starting 3 months ago..yikes....

Well, I started to walk to the kitchen, turned around and told the family, "Leash the dogs. We're going for a walk!". I really needed to get away from it for a few and regroup my thoughts. It didn't even dawn on me until I got some fresh air to my brain that this is my TOM..
I'm feeling MUCH better now. And I told my son he is going to have to take all the left-overs home...
Good for you for taking a walk! I do great until I'm around high-carb foods, which have always been my weakness. You can do it! We all can!..

You can do it!! I went to the mall shopping and everyone ate nauhgyt YUMMY stuff in front of my and I did it. I did not think I could. Just think...you will feel happy for the 5 minutes you are eating the food...then you will feel AWFUL the rest of the day. It is a temporary happiness. Where proving to yourself that you CAN do it...is a longlasting happiness..
