Hi guys! Just wanted to say hi and share my success. I started out at 230 6 weeks ago and now am at 196....34 lbs!!! Everyone always asks me if I am 100% OP and I have to admit about 98%...I have never gone off for a day or even a meal, but I do eat PB2 and a snack everyday (multi-grain crackers) in addition to a bar that is a little different than recommended. I just listen to my body and am follow "full" signals for the first time in my life! Good luck to everyone and let me know if I can be of help to you on your journey!..

Congratulations on your loss!!!.

Blondcanuk- PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that tastes really great but isnt ON Plan. I plan to use it because it's all natural and tastes yummy but not until I finish working the weight loss phase 100% ON PLan is the only way I can do this!..

Great job!!! I am also a Bar a day person, but there are many times I don't get the 5th Medifast in (I know, not great). But usually the day just gets so late, and I am not hungry for the last and final Medifast of the day. I have compensated at times however by having 2 Medifast Shakes for breakfast. I had 2 paks, a 12oz cup of ice, and 12 ounces water. After blending I have a yummy shake that lasts all the way to work...

Awesome! You are doing great! I can't wait to reach my 1st goal of 200; I haven't been under 200 since 2001 and now it's time to get back to who I see myself as. I have to be healthy for my family!..

You're off to a really great start..

As you get closer and closer to goal and your weight loss rate slows, you may have to rethink the snacks and condiments, but only you can be the judge of what works well for you. (I really hated having to give up Sweet-N-Low and non-dairy coffee creamer but, my results speak for themselves.).

Now, on to goal!..

Is there any reason why we can't do this? I also have problems getting all my shakes in and having a "double" at lunch would really be helpful.

Oh No! I can't believe that you have to give up Sweet'n'Low! Yikes!.

How much were you using that it would make such a difference in your weight loss..

Yup the plan does work. Sometimes I cannot even believe how or why since I have had so many failures in the past with diets and food modifications. Not only does it work, but it's opened my eyes to so many amazing people out there on these boards that are "just like me" that have great results. Kudos to MF.
