Ok, this is my first attempt at Medifast baking, so be nice..

I think they turned out good. Definitely fixed my cookie craving. And this will use two meals so can be split into two meals (I actually had two meals left that evening to eat, so I ate them all).

Mix dry ingredients:.

1 shake - dutch chocolate.

1 pudding - chocolate.

1 TBSP flax meal (I added this to get it a nicer texture, but I'm sure you could leave it out if you don't have it).

1/2 tsp baking powder.

2 packets/tsp splenda (i liked them sweet).

Dash cinnamon.

Dash cocoa powder.

Mix in bowl and set aside.

Mix wet ingredients:.

About 1/2 cup water.

Splash vanilla extract.

Splash butter extract.

Mix both together until you have the consistency of a thick dough. You may not use every drop of water. I used just a bit less.

Take 1 tbsp of peanut butter (crunchy is what I used, but this could be emitted anyway...make sure to count this as your snack).

Mix it all together really well...to dough/paste consistency.

Bake in 375 F oven for 16-18 minutes..

I baked mine on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, but you could probably do it on a non-stick sheet as well. If that's the case, you may want to cut down on cooking time a bit..

Allow to cool before eating, they sit up better that way...

She added crunchy peanut butter to the mix. That's probably the nuts in the picture...

Yeah, it was the peanuts from the crunchy peanut butter. I liked the crunch in there...

I got 7 altogether, so 3 and 1/2 per meal...or make them slightly larger and have 6 all together for 3 per meal...
