Had my first cinnamon pretzels today. Yum. Loved them..

I dropped the whole bag on the floor under my desk. As I cussed ever so quietly to myself so no one would hear, I looked to see that yes, indeed, they had all spilled out under my desk..

I ever so carefully scooped them all up, put them back in the bag and ate them all.

The 5 second rule applies to cinnamon pretzels...

LOL, I would have done the same thing. I LOVE the cinnamon pretzel sticks as well. My DH laughs when I finish a bag because I turn it upside down to catch any last crumbs!..

Of course the 5 second rule applies. Especially to pretzels. I don't think I have ever successfully eaten a bag without dropping it and spilling half. And I eat up every single one of them...

I can't open a bag of pretzels or puffs without my little pup running to me. So I eat them and then she gets to lick out the bag. *L*..

I dump the pretzels and the puffs into a bowl to eat. I don't like my hand getting messy with the seasonings from reaching in the bag... plus, I can set the bowl on my desk and nothing falls out of it!.

I would have done the same thing for the HM pretzels!..

The Cinnamon Pretzels are my FAVORITE! If you like them plain, you'll love them like this ....

CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS.

(makes 2 meals).

1 pk Hot Cocoa.

1 pk Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks.

3 Tbs Room Temp. Water.

4-6 drops of chocolate liquid Stevia (optional & = 1 condiment).

Cover a plate with foil. Mix hot cocoa and water to make a chocolate paste. Add liquid Stevia if you want it more decadent. Dip pretzel sticks into chocolate and place on plate or break them into small pieces and mix together with chocolate to make candies. I prefer to do both and ended up with 20 sticks and 6 candies. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours to harden the chocolate..

Since this counts as 2 Medifast meals, you can eat one today and save the other in the freezer for another day! You'll need lots of water because these are so rich and wonderful. Funny thing is, I'm not even a big chocolate eater, but these are such a tasty treat!.

WEEKS (9 - 12): -3, -3, -2, ? (-8 lbs. & 6") out of town week 12 & no scale.

WEEKS (13-16): -5, -1, -3, -2 (-11 lbs. & 5").

WEEKS (17-20): -2, -3, -2, -2 (-9 lbs. & 7").

WEEKS (21-24): -0, -2, -2, -3 (-7 lbs. & 9").

WEEKS (25-28): -2, -0, -4, -2 (-8 lbs. & 7")..

My favorite part of the Cinnamon pretzels is dumping the leftover sweet seasonings in the bottom of the bag in my hand and savoring it! What a way to end a delicious meal!..

Joy, those look delish. I will definitely try that recipe..

I also like the idea of putting them in a bowl on my desk... So I can snack better while on the phone at work.. lol.. Okay, I mean while on hold on the phone.. really... I mean who snacks while talking on the phone.

Okay, never mind. But I am going to do the bowl...

If you don't want to use up two meals this also works if you dip them into the walden farms chocolate dip and then freeze them. They're like little yummy pocky!..

After finishing the Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks, I lick my finger and poke it down into the bottom bag corner to make sure I get ALL of my allotted Cinnamon Sugar :-).

One of my favorite junk foods before Medifast was something similar to this with a Cinnamon Sugar flavor. I was so happy to see that I could now have that flavor guilt-free on MF!..
