This is so good, I blended a medifast shake with ice and guargum powder! it was soooo good I ate it with a spoon just like icecream!.

This product works by thickening the dough to the proper consistency to prevent the escape of gas released by leavening. It is especially useful in allergy breadsrice, soy, potatao, etc 100% Natural. Derived entirely from guar beans.

Still trying to figure that one out!.

I think it's a type of thickener or something like that, just not sure where you would buy something like that, in the grocery store or health food store...

You can buy it in a health food store. If you have a Whole Foods store they shoud have it. Possibly Srputs. too...

What is the brand you use of guargum powder??..

Guargum is sold at a bunch of stores, I buy from vitacost.com.

Its nothing special just a food thickener but useful if things are too watery I like to added it in, it counts as a snack though,. I use brand sourse naturals, hope that helps, I just blend ice shake and guargum in blender adding more ice or sweetner if needed, it become ice cream like, I guess you could use any fiber powder besides guargum..
