My sister came up with this one and I LOVE it! I used to love mixing alfredo sauce and marinara together on my pasta, and this recipe tastes just like it. It's my new favorite L&G..

I just throw chopped onion and garlic into a skillet with a 1/4 cup walden farms sugar free marinara. Add some mushrooms and a chooped plum tomato, 2 wedges of laughing cow light, and some italian seasoning. When the laughing cow is melted I stir in shiratkes. When the noodles are well coated I put it all into a casserole dish (light;y spray the dish with pam first) Sprinkle a little low fat mozzerella or parmesan on top and bake at 350 until the cheese is browned and bubbly. YUM!..

That sounds fantastic, however I will try to make it without the WF marinara (ew). Maybe with just a little tomato sauce instead?..

I tried this today, basically with Gia's Pasta Bake recipe and I have to say, the LC cheese gives it a lasagna-y taste. Very good and kills that craving...

I'm glad you liked it. It's even better the next day. I felt like I was eating a real italian dish...

This sounds amazing. I have a questions about the shiratke noodles. I have been trying to find out if they are allowed (sounds like they are) and what they count as. They seem be too low in protein to count as our protein but they aren't really vegetable are they? What do you count them as and what would be considered a portein size? Thanks!!..

1.5 cups counts as your green. However, since there's no real nutritional value, I use a portion of them and balance the rest out with real vegetables...

Thanks and congrats on your weight loss. I know what I'm having for dinner...
