I have been trying to find the original poster, but someone recently posted to add 1 tsp. of peanut-butter (they also mentioned the sf peter pan) to the chocolate shake and add 1/2 cup of water and 10 ice cubes and blend.....OMG!!! Its amazing!!!!! Thanks!! I try to have the pb as little as possible, but today was a day I just really needed this! It tasted like a milkshake!!!!..

Yeah, i've been doing that too, but I seem to be using a heaping tsp and that can be a recipe for disaster! beware of the unruly PB!!!! hahahahaha..

Oh, I tried this a couple weeks ago b/c I LOVE PB, and I was so craving some. so I put a teaspoon (more like a tablespoon when all was said and done) in my chocolate shake, mixed it up in the blender, and was in heaven. ive been thinking of buying some davinci s/f PB syrup so I dont add all the calories and sugar, b/c youre right, PB can be deadly...

On lower calorie days I add in the PB and it makes a very satisfying treat - however, I have my husband measure b/c it can be easy to keep adding a little more.....

There is no way I could add real PB to my shakes or puddings but I do use the SF Davinci PB syrup and that sure is good enough for me and I'm not as worried about my cals and carbs.....
