I am looking for a pancake syrup that has less carbs than the ones in the grocery store, you know like log cabin, etc..... I was wondering what everyone's thoughts on sugar free syrups, especially the pancake ones are....

Thanks in advance.

I use Mrs. Butterworth's SF syrup. We don't have much available here in our small area, so it works for me. It's the best tasting I've had yet. But it is high in carbs for only a couple of TBS. I don't eat it often, and I always balance out my carbs for the day by cutting back somewhere else..

I use the Davinci pancake syrup. SF, FF O calories or carbs. It's thin, but I like it a lot...

Oh yeah and I also use Sorbee, which has 3 gr. of Sorbitol carbs...

I use Davinci's! Like Bettina said, it's thin but has a surprisingly good taste. Very comparable to all the other ones that are full of sugar alcohols. And for no carbs or cals in a 1/4 C serving (which is way too much, IMO) who can beat that?..

I use the Walden Farms. It is thin but has no calories or carbs...

I think the davinci is good, I just want the taste and that is good. I sometimes use a little of the sf log cabin mixed with a little of the davinci so I get a bit more thicker syrup...

Hey what are you guys putting pancake syrup on? pancakes?..

YESSSSS...You can make pancakes out of the Medifast oatmeal. I love them...

The pancakes are delicious! However, I personally dont use the SF Syrups...found alot of hidden carbs and cals there. ~Shannon~..

Great in oatmeal too.... I finally bought some of the davinci pancake and the walden farms, can't wait to try them.....

How do you make the oatmeal pancakes?.

Hi, the easiest thing with the pancakes is to just add 1/3 cup of water, 1/2 tsp. of baking powder and a TBSP or two of some kind of sugar free syrup and/or a tsp. of whatever flavor extract you might like, etc. Mix it all up (I just mix it in a 2 cup pyrex measuring cup) and let it set for a few minutes. Then just make them in a pan like reguar pancakes. Although you do have to cook them a bit longer so they aren't mushy inside...

Mmm, I have been enjoying cookies with the oatmeal, now I can have pancakes too? I love these boards. I may eat Medifast forever, lol..

Whew, what WOULD we do without these boards? There are some things here and recipes that I would eat without Medifast and forever. I was thinking that about the CHILI last night although a lot of people don't like it. I do my own thing to it and it's great...

Thank you thank you thank you!.

Muffins didn't do it for me, so I was getting kinda discouraged. But I finally found a way that I can eat the bueberry oatmeal- in pancakes! Just had some and they were yummy- altho I think it may have been the sugar free syrup that was so yummy and perhaps a piece of mushy cardboard would've tasted good with butter buds and warm syrup..... no matter. I was wondering what I was going to do with the rest of the box of blueberry oatmeal and now I know! Still don't know if I'll order it again.....

I like blueberry stuff, but after all I heard here, I am very reluctant to try the blueberry oatmeal. I know it replaced some other flavor...and many didnt like it because they DID like the old flavor. But, I intended to try all the Medifast foods and ya never know, tastes are individual anyway, so maybe pancakes is my answer!! Thanks!..
