Today is my weigh in day and only lost 1.8 I stayed in with my carb and fat range and ate at the low end around 800 - 825 a day. What went wrong?.

Maybe when I started to seriousing work the program about 2 weeks ago, I discoved I was eating too less and not finishing all 5 of my meals. I was eating at a range of 640 - 750 calorie range. Do you think my body is still mess up from this? or had anyone followed the program and had a small lost. I don't exercise..

I lost an average of 1-2 lbs per week. Period. There were very few weeks when I had larger losses...
