It sounds Yummy, will definately try it. Thanks for sharing..
Mmm, that sounds great! I cant wait to try it when my order gets here (I am almost out of everything!).
Thanks for posting!!..
Actually, that's 5 meals. 1/2 cup of milk is what we're supposed to sub for a meal if we run out so using it in your recipe means you need to divide into 5 servings instead of 4...
Use low heat it's pretty thick so you don't bring it to a boil, just blending the peanut butter with the other ingredients really and that's easier when warmed up.
I always only used "fat free milk" too...
You might be able to sub 1/2c water and the new Medifast egg packet for the skim milk to bring it to 3 Medifast meals instead of 2 and save the carbs in the skim milk.
This also has actually 3 snacks in each meal: 1 packet of SF chocolate pudding is 2 snacks (1pkt=about 2T which is 1 snack ) and 2T of Peanut Butter = 1 snack..
So this should be counted as 2 Medifast meals + 6 snacks total. Divided by 2 = 1 Meal + 3 snacks in each meal. That is not even counting the carbs in 1/2c of skim milk (around 8g). I would be careful how often you use this recipe if you are in weight loss phase..
Someone correct me if I am wrong in my counting here...
Not to be a poop, but I bet the carbs in this are easily more than 25g per meal. Could be a plan buster if you aren't careful..
2 packets hot cocoa.
2 packets chocolate pudding.
3 Tbs. Davinci Syrup (choose your favorite).
1 Tbs. Vanilla.
4 Tbs Creamy Peanut Butter.
1/2 cup milk..
OK, I am sorry I cannot read... A big 'ol honkin' DUH for me today!!.
I get it now....
2 pkts Cocoa and 2 Pkts Medifast Chocolate Pudding. Not SF pudding mix..
It sounds wonderful...
I made this the other day and only used 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.. It was great! Almost chocolate overload (it that possible?). I have not made the "original" version but the "modified version" (with less peanut butter) totally satisfied my dessert craving.. Thanks for sharing and Continued Success!.
