Niacin Flush
Important: You must take a colon cleanser when getting rid of candida!
When taking any anti-fungals for candida, you will often experience die-off symptoms. These are signs your body's eliminatory pathways, like your bowels are being overburdened. That's why we highly recommend using a colon cleanser like OxyPowder so your body can eliminate these toxins and anti-fungals faster, and you have no more die-off symptoms.

A Niacin flush improves circulation by releasing histamine, which causes the blood vessels to dilate (widen) and breaks up a protein needed for the clotting of blood. It also prevents the formation of lipids in the body, which helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Begin with 100mg/day. Your first dose will likely cause your skin to "flush" and your become itchy. Depending on when and what you ate, the sensation could last for 10 minutes or as long as an hour. Don't worry! This is not harmful or dangerous, simply a sign the niacin is working to cleanse and improve blood flow.
Your body quickly adjusts to niacin, so once you have had the niacin flush with a particular quantity of niacin, that same dosage of niacin won't create the same effect.
Increase the dosage of niacin by 100mg every four days until you reach 1000mg. The reddening and itching skin will occur with each increase.
