Hi all.. just finished my first week and I messed up tonight.. I had 1% cottage cheese as my protein tonight and I messed up and ate too much (24 oz). Will it totally mess me up to eat too much of my protein tonight?? I didn't eat my fats and I can skip my last snack to keep the calories and carb count under 1200 and under 85 respectivly. it was nice to be completely full for a change..

Well, I don't know the exact numbers but it sounds kinda like you just doubled your L&G at one time. Did you already eat your last meal? You could kinda consider it like a 4+2 day I suppose. Hopefully someone will have a more exact answer. It may be a good idea to skip snacks for today. Congrats on your first week done!..

I wish I had an educated answer for you besides check with NS. Remember, it's just one meal in one day...

You should still eat your last Medifast meal to ensure you get the vitamins and minerals you need. Just move on and be more conscience of your measurements going forward. Nutrisystem will tell you the same...

I agree. You should stay OP and still have your last meal. Although, now that I'm typing this I realize that the original past was made last night! But, someone else may be reading this later with the same kind of question. Medifast "rules" say to stay OP no matter what. So, even if you mess up and eat a whole cheese cake, get back on OP with the next scheduled meal. Why? To get you in routine, and to ensure you get all the vits and mins that you need.

Thats my 2 cents worth..........

You should always eat all 5 Medifast meals. Don't worry about going over on your protein it was one meal on one day. Just make sure you up your water intake for a couple days as too much protein has the potential to make you constipated. Yeah the last thought was a bit TMI, sorry...
