Silk,.

I bought the Medifast blender with one of my orders, just cause it happened to catch my eye. It works pretty well! Doesnt take more than a min to blend the ice, I just put alot in, blend and take the one cube that never seems to blend out..

I know alot of people use the small mini blenders, whats the one they have for As Seen on Tv? Anyways those really help!..

If you can get a NINJA, it is awesome!!! Saw the deluxe set at Costco recently for 45$. It makes shaved ice finer that a snowcome!!!..

The soft serve also makes an awesome shake! Much more like a real shake than the Medifast shakes. Just use 8 oz. cold water, (24 ice cubes).....

Now I can't wait until my next order comes so I can try this stuff!.

Oh, and I bought the Ninja before I started the program and OMG, why haven't I heard of this thing before now? It's amazing! Much better than my regular blender...

I bought the Ninja at Costco and love it - crushes the ice in no time flat...

I just use my kitchen aid blender. It makes shaved ice, more than crushed, but the soft serve tastes really good! Nice and thick and smooth...

I have both the Ninja and the Magic Bullet. The Ninja wins hands down shaving that ice and it take seconds. The Magic Bullet takes too long and does not crush nearly as well. The snow cone effect of the ice really makes a big difference in the soft serve, I think anyway...

Thanks for the idea. I just made myself a chocolate mint shake and I think I like it better this way than the soft serve way. It's actually so thick that it sticks to the straw. I can't wait till I get my PB2 to add it to the peanut butter soft serve for a PB shake! These little ideas is what makes Medifast better and better each day!..
