This is maybe my favorite thing I have made to date! I LOVE stuffed french toast and this totally hit the spot.

Here is the link for the recipe.

This counts as 1 Medifast meal, a very small portion of your lean, 3 condiments and 1 healthy fat...but it is worth every bite!..

Going to the store to get a sandwich maker (a good one) I had one years ago and gave it away so regretting that now!!!..

Sure, I would be happy to do this tonight or tomorrow!.

It was funny, I was doing inventory on my Medifast food (cause I am just type A like that) and realized that out of 110 Medifast meals, 28 are shakes and 28 are hot drinks. Time to start using those up faster!.

Maybe I could make some kind of tiramisu with the cappuccino!..

I had your portabella pizza idea for dinner last night and it was ohhh so yummy!..

I got mine at Wal-Mart for $10 or so. I think you can get them at Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc...

Wow is all I can say - your site it fabulous with great recipes for those of us on our Medifast journey - thanks so very much!! You look awesome..

Wow, that sounds awesome and a great use of the banana shake! Bet that would be awesome with some of that SF chocolate syrup too.

You definitely need to create a tiramisu..

Darn! I am out of condimets today, this one will have to wait until tomorrow...

I wonder what peanut butter instead of cream cheese would taste like? I still have to get my sandwich maker (my Walmart does not carry them), but this is on my "to make" list. Thanks for all the great ideas, CodyJo!..

I love your recipes! Thank you for doing all this experimenting...

This makes me want to order banana shakes again!..

All - I saw a sneak preview of the Target after Thanksgiving sale (blackfriday.net) and it looks like the sandwich maker will be on sale again this year for the $3.. counting down the days now!!..

I did it... I bought a sandwich maker today! As much as I love my coffee mug pancake muffins... I can't wait to get home and try CodyJo's sandwich maker recipes!!..

I am so glad to hear everyone is liking this recipe so much! I wasn't going to buy anymore banana shakes until I tried this..

This would be wonderful with peanut butter too - would count as optional snack of course. I love banana and peanut butter sandwiches!.

If you don't have any banana shakes, this would really be good with any flavor of shake. Also, you could maybe add a tiny bit of banana extract to a vanilla shake...

This is a great recipe. I made it last night and I didn't add the water. I was trying to remember the recipe without writing it down. I made it again this morning following the recipes and it was great!. Definitely a keeper!..

Do you think it would work with the banana pudding? I'll be in line on Black Friday for my sandwich maker!..

I bet it would, I think you can make the shake cakes with almost any of the drinks and puddings...

I am deathly allergic to bananas, prob not a banana molecule in the Medifast products, but I don't even like the taste, so don't risk it. However, I think it sounds wonderful with any of the flavors, even chocolate. I will be trying it soon!..
