OK, what's everyone eating today? I'm roasting a whole turkey and eating the breast. As sides I'm having a cup of steamed cauliflower mashed up like fake potatoes and a half cup of the Dixie Diner Stuffing that was approved as a green occasionally. Should be yummy!..

I'm having pan seared fish (not sure what kind yet) with sauteed mushroom and leeks topped with FF shredded cheddar. MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!..

Zucchini stuffed with spiced ground chicken, zucchini, onions and cheese!..

A small lamb chop and a big salad with butter lettuce and gorgonzola cheese, green ripe olives, sliced almonds, olive oil and balsamic...

I am doing Turkey Kielbasa with sauerkraut and carmelized onions...

Wow! We can do kielbasa even though it's processed? And, if it's not the packaged, processed kind, can you tell me what you use and where I may be able to find it? I love kielbasa and would gladly have it in a stir-fry w/green peppers, onions and some kind of Walden's farm sauce over mock-rice (shredded cauliflower)!.

I am having grilled chicken (I am in south florida and we grill all year round!!!) and for veggie I think I'll have either Israeli salad or cauliflower..

And maybe a taste of the short ribs I made my hubby last night (just a small taste)..

Nice piece of cod filletpan grilled..

Steamed spinach instead of salad today..

Tiny bit of nutmeg grated over the spinach..very fragrant.
