Hi hon' I can't eat the oatmeal plain. I make pancakes, muffins and cookies. I used to make the fabulous EllenKay Peanut Butter cookies, but I cut out the Peanut Butter for a bit. I just posted a pancake recipe that's great. And my favorite muffin recipe is Martha's Muffins. Very easy.
You can just go to the orange search button above and put in "cookie" "muffin" whatever and there are tons of recipes. XOXOXO..
I make the oatmeal with hot water from the teapot, then cover with a saucer and let set for about 5 minutes. Much more like the consistency of "real" oatmeal. Add a little spenda and it is very good...
I put 1 1/2 C water in a pot, stir in the oatmeal BEFORE it gets hot, let it boil about a min or two, add a T of flaxseed, let it boil another minute, then add flavorings. I love the oatmeal made this way and have it almost every morning.
My current fav is to add the pralines n cream flavor drops and 2 packets of splenda to the MBS oatmeal. So good!.
If that doesn't work for you then just search the forum for the tons and tons of recipes you can use to bake cookies, muffins, waffles, and pancakes...
I like the maple brown sugar- I make mine a little watery- it absorbs quickly- very hot, add raisins (ok, not technically MF), cinnamon and splenda. It's Yummy! Also it seems like I'm more easily impressed with food- maybe I'm more hungry than I used to be, or less used to sugary food... anyway, I'm not ashamed to admit it- I like maple brown sugar oatmeal! The blueberry was another thing entirely.....

Hey Lydiaa I made oatmeal your way this AM. I added some butter extract, Davinci SF Praline Syrup and a packet of the Splenda Hazelnut flavor. Much better. And of course I added our beloved Flax Seed Meal...
Yaay! I'm so glad you liked it. I've never had a bad bowl of oatmeal this way. It's so much more filling too, IMO...
I use the Lydiaa method too only I use a sprinkle of Butter Buds and French Vanilla Splenda in the Blueberry and SF Maple Syrup in the Maple oatmeal. I only use 1 cup of water though as I like my oatmeal thick. Never thought of trying the Hazelnut Splenda in the Maple oatmeal...will have to try that. Thanks guys!..
I think I'm the only one who likes the peach oatmeal, I make it like the package directions and add Splenda and a bit of vanilla, but I have to buy all the flavorings ya'll have and check that out. I think the oatmeal is the most filling of all. I have it for breakfast and I'm not hungry for hours...
I like the peach oatmeal to every now and again for a change. Not a big fruit person but now that we can't have fruit, I want some fruit! So I like the fact that Medifast has different fruit flavors in the shakes and oatmeals to satisfy those cravings. And I just LOVE the banana pudding! LOL..
