I just love, love the oatmeal. In very large mug I put oatmeal mix and add 1 full cup of water, a dash or two of salt, cinnamon and sometimes vanilla extract..

Mix and nuke for 1 min (more depending on micro temp); take out and stir well, put back in micro and nuke for another 1 min or so until desired consistently. It is my favorite Medifast meal...

I'm glad you like it; the oatmeal was one of my favorite meals, as well. I always added cinnamon, and sometimes added caramel flavored Splenda. Other than that, I never did anything special to it (didn't make it into muffins, cookies, etc.). I liked it as is...

I have oatmeal every morning. I think the dash of salt is what makes all the difference...

I have oatmeal almost every morning as well. I also add 1 cup of water to it and fix it on top of stove (got tired of boil overs). Love it!..

I love the oatmeal too! And I discovered just this week that when cooking it in the microwave, if you'll cook it a bit longer, but on a lower power (I use 60%), it doesn't boil over! Yippee!!!.

<waving arms> Me too me too! I love the oatmeal. I love it as normal oatmeal, but it's so versatile! It makes a great english muffin to toast w/ WF jam, it makes awesome pie crust for my banana cream pies. I just had it plain for lunch today on a cold, snowy day, and it was da bomb...

Another happy oatmeal eater! My daughter told me about oatmeal muffins (1/4 cup water and nuke for 90 seconds) and I eat at least one every day. I make one at home and it is my mid-morning snack at work. It is one of the Medifast meals I will continue eating into maintenance, cuz I LOVE muffins...

I have always enjoyed the oatmeal. I appreciate it for seeming to stick with me (just like Grandma said) longer than some of the other items. I love starting my day with oatmeal followed up mid morning with cocoa. Heaven. My new thing is the muffin recipe on the side of the blueberry muffin box. OMG..I love them.

I don't feel it needs it. So, the only condiment is the 1/8 tsp baking powder. I may try it minus that as well. Rock on oatmeal...

I've been adding a bit of pumpkin spice and it's been a great fall treat! I make it different ways too, sometimes regular and sometimes a muffin type..

I need to check out the "english muffin" idea! MMMM!..

I have hated the oatmeal... but maybe I'll try it with the dash of salt... this should be interesting...
