Today, more than ever in human history we need a healthy liver in order to break down all the chemicals in our environment. - 1 gallon of fresh organic apple juice. You can use distilled water as a substitute if you have any concerns or are not able to get fresh apple juice.

How Do I Perform a Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse?
The following is a list of liver and gallbladder supporting fruits and vegetables. Always go with organic, and choose from among the following for your daily breakfast during your cleanse:
watermelon, papaya, kiwi, plums, pears, apples, cherries, figs, and grapefruit. For lunch and dinner, eat fresh vegetables, homemade vegetable soups, or salads containing liver and gallbladder detoxifying vegetables such as artichoke, asparagus, carrots, beets, broccoli, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts, garlic, spinach, romaine lettuce, onions, and cauliflower, organic raw seeds or nuts such as sunflower, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and almonds.
You should make sure to avoid:
coffee, milk, alcohol, bottled juices, and soft drinks.
Mix together, 1 bottle of Livatrex with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a 1 gallon container of apple juice or distilled water. Shake it up, and keep it refrigerated. You will be drinking this for the next 4 days.
Drink an 8 ounce glass of this mixture four times a day, and one hours before/after meals. Before you go to sleep, take 4 Oxy-Powder capsules and 2 Latero-Flora capsules. This will help detoxify your digestive tract as well as help balance your body with probiotic bacteria.
Days 2, 3 and 4

- 1 chopped beet
- 2 chopped carrots
- 10 minced garlic cloves
- ½ chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
If you wish to add something more to your soup, you can select from among the following: artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, kale, brussel sprouts, and cauliflower. Take all of the ingredients into a large pot, and add 32 ounces of purified water. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer on a low setting for 1 hour. Enjoy your soup, and save the rest for lunch tomorrow.
If you’re not feeling hungry you can simply drink more distilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar for every 32 ounces of water.
This will be your last meal today, so choose from among the following:
- 3 avacados seasoned with sea salt and/or lime or lemon juice to suit your taste.
- 6-8 ounces of walnuts
- distilled water (2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar for every 32 ounces)
Around 5pm drink an 8 ounce glass of water with ½ a tablespoon of Epsom salt. Drink an additional glass around 7pm.
Around 9pm drink 6 ounces of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. You can ass 2 tablespoons of orange, lemon, or grapefruit juice to improve the taste. After drinking this, lie down on your right side, in the fetal position. After 30 mins you can stretch out, and go to sleep as you like. If you feel cramping or nausea during the night, this is due to your body releasing all the stored toxins from your liver and gallbladder. This is good, and a sign that the cleanse is working.
If you feel the need to vomit, do so. This helps release the toxins and is a sign that your body is extremely toxic. If this is the case you should seriously consider repeating the cleanse after taking a week off.
When you wake up, take 4 Oxy-Powder capsules. This will assist your body in flushing stones released from your liver and gallbladder during the night. During the day you should eat fruit fro breakfast, the remainder of your soup for lunch, and a healthy meal for dinner.
What do I do, if I do not have a gallbladder?
