We are going out tonight to Ruby Tuesdays. They have a fabulous Peppercorn Mushroom Steak with broccoli and mushrroms on the side.....yummy! I wish I knew what seasoning they use but I bet it wouldn't taste as good if I had to make it!..

Left over baked chicken with pan-wilted spinach - in a casserole dish with a slice of asiago cheese - then broiled...Yummo...Thanks for the help with the fresh spinach "saute"...it was great.....

Panda Express! Steamed Vegetables instead of rice - Chicken and String Beans, Mongolian Chicken. Leave about 1/2 the steamed vegetables and you have the right portions for a L&G... I researched it on the internet for a month before we ate out the first time, and I also took home a meal and weighed everything!..
I had baked tilapia with a tiny bot of olive oil and Herbs de Provence and mashed cauliflower with a slice of laughing cow cheese and a tablespoon of walden farms alfredo sauce...it was great the cauliflower was the orange kind...not sure it tastes different but it was pretty..
