There is a recipe floating around for bagels made out of the cream soups..
You could have part of your lean and green for bfast: a 1 egg omelet with 1/2 cup veggies..
The pancake mix isn't very sweet (IMHO), make a biscuit in mug omitting the sweetener: Mix pancake mix with 4T water and microwave in a large mug for 1.5-2 minutes. Top with cream cheese or butter (healthy fat). (Note: I usually use 2T water, 2T sf syrup and 1/4t cinnamon for this recipe.).
Have a 1/2 portion of on plan sausage (turkey or soy) stir fried with 1/2 cup veggies..
Make Medifast pizza for breakfast (crust from COT topped with cheese)..
I'm sure I could think of more if I kept trying. LOL!..
I don't know if you'd find this sweet... but I make a "bagel" out of the oatmeal..
Use an egg white plus water to make 1/4 cup liquid..
Whip the egg white in a bowl until frothy. Add any flavor Medifast oatmeal mix. Stir until combined..
Smooth out the mixture in the bottom of the bowl with a fork or spoon and then create a small hole in the middle. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes (depending on the power of your microwave). Top with butter...
LOL I have had the soup for breakfast all the time in the winter. Then again, I had soup for breakfast in the winter all the time growing up because I would never eat any kind of hot cereal (yuck). LOL My mother insisted I had something warm in me while waiting for the school bus...
Savory Herb Pan-crepe.
1 plain pancake pkt.
1/2 tsp fresh minced herbs; salt, pepper to taste.
1 tsp parmesan cheese.
1 tsp light cream cheese.
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp water.
Shake pancake mix as directed using all the water. Heat 5-6" skillet med high. Spray with pam, add pancake mix. Swirl to coat entire pan. Sprinkle herbs over top of uncooked side while bottom is browning. (you can use dried herbs if no fresh.
Slide onto plate. Spread cream cheese down middle. Sprinkle parmesan. Fold over both sides towards middle, or just roll up. Yum.

I make my tomato soup like a pancake with a little italian seasoning then add a little cheese on top after I flip it.One of my fav,kinda like a grilled cheese/pizza..
I tried it making into a pancake out of tomato soup just like you said but it was all into a big lump/mush....how did you make it?..
You only use about 3 tbsp of water with the soup mix...

Thanks for the crepe recipe! I just had it. I didn't have any fresh herbs so I used a little garlic powder, salt and pepper, plus the cheeses. It was tasty. The amazing thing was how large it was!..

With the choc chip ones I do the extra Tbsp water, make 1 big pancake and sprinkle cinnamon, fake brown sugar and a little lf cream cheese and fold over. yummy..
