Whats a good cutting diet do you recomend..
No offence but your diet is pretty crap for fat burning purposes..
For maximum fat burning you would need to reduce your carb and saturated fat intake considerably as these are purely energy sources...as is bodyfat...so if you want to burn the bodyfat energy you need to reduce the energy sources you put in your mouth. If you can tailor your diet something like below you will drop fat very quickly..
Meal 1:- 50g (dry weight) Oats. Whey protein shake.
Meal 2:- chicken & green beans.
Meal 3:- Turkey & brocolli.
Meal 4:- chicken & green beans.
Meal 5:- (PWO) Protein shake.
Meal 6:- Miscellar caseine shake.
Aim to get 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight per day divided between the 6 meals and take the clen first thing in the morning..
Do 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast and after your workouts..

Depends how much they weigh... Between 100g and 200g of chicken is the ideal..
Sainsburys have some new super GH chickens in - a whopping 32g protein / 100g..
A couple of bags of frozen chicken breasts it is....
