My first question is: I have been losing lot of hair lately..i have been eating well, taking a ultra womens mega vitamin f?.

My next question is: How is this for a first cycle to get good size gains and keep them?.

Also I read somewhere that one cycle is not good, I just want to kick start size gains in my lower body, if I start on a cycle of steroids would I need to remain on them for a long period of time or can I just do it once and carry on with my normal routine?..

Well I have checked all the profiles of the steroids in that cycle, and checked around the web for any issues in combining them, my issue was with if it would be a good first cycle, so if I needed more research what type of things should I be looking for?..

The fact that you want to do a stack of steroids for your 1st cycle shows that you havent done your research yet...

Alot of the research I have done has said that a Test only cycle would be good for a beginner, however I have seen others that point to a stack similar to this.

Week 1-10 Testosterone 500mg/week.

Week 1-10 Deca-Durabolin 200-400 mg/week.

Week 1-6 Dianabol 25-30 mg/day.

Week 1-10 Nolvadex 20 mg/day.

Week 12-15 Nolvadex 40 mg/day.

So you can appreciate that there is a lot of people saying a lot of things on the web and a lot of things seem to make sense...

I say the test is good to start with but drop the deca for the first cycle dont run nolva during the cycle unless your showing signs of gyno then run it plentifull 2 weeks after last shot and stagger it off over 6 weeks or so till your feelin back on track.

As for keeping gains it depends on how big you are to start with if your a skinny whip then after 3-6 months you will have lost it all and wont have the get up to train again either..

What 'guys on the web say' isn't research..

1. Tell me why you have do to PCT..

2. Tell me what PCT options you have.

3. What is androgenic, what is anabolic. Whats the difference.

4. Why does your oestrogen rise on cycle.

5. What is aspirating?.

6. What are you going to do if you get gyno..

7. What are the different types of gyno - do you need to do anything different depending on which type..

8. What liver protection are you taking - why do you need it.

9. What is an endocrine system.

10. HPTA?.

These are just off the top of my head. Reading what some guy on the web says isn't a way to safely (and probably more importantly for you) productively manipulate your bodies hormones to maximise muscle growth. If you get a side effect like growth of tissue beneath your nipples (bitch tits) what are you going to do. Read around the web, ask some guys, find a source, get the meds - too late..

Do some research as even the cycle you posted second is substantially different (and better mind you) to the first. Basically stop googling what steroids should I take and where do I buy steroids..
