My first question is: I found a vitamin at VitaminShoppe that works very well against cold sores. Does anyone know the nam?.

My next question is: Hope someone can help me, ive got my first comp in 5 months and I want to add some big gains within that time scale. I'm thinking of doing the following any advice is welcome..

50mg of oxymeth a day for 3 weeks then 100mg of oxymeth for 3 weeks.

2mg test enenthate a week for 6 weeks then upto the 12th week..

Then month clean..

Then for the month before.

2mg of winstrol and 2mg tren for 1st 2 weeks.

4mg of winstrol and 3mg tren and a course of clen for last 2 weeks...

Yep sorry I meant ill be having 200mg once a week, do you think I should have that twice a week seeing as though it's fast acting...

My diet is spot on at the mo..

Meal 1- 3 shredded wheat, 2 scoops whey, tbsp flax seed oil.

Meal 2- banana, 2 scoops whey.

Meal 3- 200g jacket potatoe, 150g chicken or turkey.

Meal 4- banana, 2 scoops whey.

Meal 5- build and recover shake in gym.

Meal 6- 150g chicken turkey or fish with veg or salad.

Meal 7- 2 scoops whey tbsp flax seed oil.

Im hoping to gain 10lbs of muscle in 5 months whta do you reckon mate..

I am confused can you write your cycle again please mate....

The diet is ok but is this not the diet you have lost the weight with? if so it wont give you big gains.....

I cannot see this diet giving you 10lbs of dry muscle.......

The diet ive shown you is the one I'm doing right now, and for the next few weeks to give me a head start..

Im gunna eat more after ive shifted the majority of my old fat..

Replace the bananas with potatoes or rice..

The cycle I'm thinking of doing is.

50mg oxymeth a day for 3 weeks then 100mg a day for 3 weeks..

And 100mg of test enanth twice a week for 6 weeks then upto 200mg twice a week for 6 weeks..

Im hoping the above ,plus the change to my diet and hard training will add me 10lbs of lean muscle..

What do you think mate...

Not enough protein from real food sources imo. would add eggs to both meal 1 & 7...
