Your question was: How to stick with Nutrisystem when working night shift?.
You will have to just find an eating schedule that works for you. I work night shift from 6PM to 4:30 AM four to five days a week. This is how I do my schedule:.
First work day:.
I eat lunch before I go in to work..
I eat my snack at my first break..
I eat my dinner at my meal break (lunch/dinner).
I eat my dessert at my last break..
I eat breakfast when I get home ( I am usually up for 2-3 hours when I get home so I don't eat and then go right to bed..
Then on my days off I will eat breakfast for my first meal of the day ( so I am eating breakfast 2 times in a row on those days several hours apart) then I eat normal the rest of the day. Lunch at lunch, snack half way between lunch and dinner, dinner at dinner time and dessert a few hours before bed.
Just be sure that you are eating every 3 hours or so, that is the biggest key..

My husband has the same kind of work schedule. He usually just eats everything normally, but when it comes to Friday, he goes to bed at 8AM and wakes up at noon or one, and back to bed around 10, so thats only 9 hours or so he's awake. He hasn't figured out a great plan for Fridays yet, but maybe this will help, thanks!..
