Just hang in there - it will come off, as long as you stick to the plan it can't stay on... just don't let it get you down. Make sure you are drinking all your water and then some. - Good luck - Linda..
I know you must be discouraged, but you have lost 26 lbs. that is a wonderful thing. You might want to ask NS, they sometimes can pin down a problem for you.
I can only suggest be sure all your water is water! I think some have convinced themselves that diet soda is a good replacement. (hidden sodium will mess you up on the scales).
Have any of your medications changed? Are you having any hormone related problems? What about extra Stress? Have you been sick or had an injury? The body will really hang on through Stressful times.
Do some deep breathing, if you can take a walk. This must be so hard but I've read of people on these boards that have been on 5 or 6 week plateaus. Eventually they lose and it's usually quite a big number. I hope when this breaks for you your number lost will be BIG and encouraging for you.

Thank you for your encouragement. I have not been drinking water lately maybe that is my problem. Will try this week to increase that. My toddler walks around all day drinking nothing but water maybe I should try to mimick him...
Gotta drink the water! At the very least 64oz. If you can, do more! Water is essential to losing weight. Keep up the good work! 26 lbs is AWESOME!!!!!..
I'm on my 3rd plateau and each time they lasted 3 weeks. Had a 3 week plateau at 18, 32, and now at 55#s. Aggravating for sure...
