So how can I get rid of these disgusting orange creme shakes that I have left? I can't seem to find the recipes that were listed on here b4.....

I added crystal lite powder to mine! Or mix them with a vanilla one that made them a bit more palatable. But I only drank the box that came in my initial order.....definitely not a favorite of mine!..

I mix mine with about 6oz. of SF tang and 2oz. of water.... makes a better orange flavor.

Maybe I should clarify... I mean 6oz. of prepared SF Tang, not just powder...

Add some diet orange soda and it's like an Orange Julius. It's funny- the orange ones are the only shakes I really like- followed by vanilla which is tolerable with a little cinnamon...

Hi there. I put coconut extract and a tsp. Splenda in mine to make it taste like a tropical pina coloda type drink. It's the best way I found to drink them. A dash of vanilla would probably help too...

A cup of diet orange soda, and 4 ice cubes in the blender. No other way to get it down.

FYI, Never, Never shake up soda in the shaker jar. You will be wearing it instead of drinking it...

I think the orange creme shakes are pretty good....good luck on finding a way to get them down, I know everyone taste it different, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving....

I mix it in the shaker with water and put it in the freezer - then I eat it with a spoon. It tastes like orange sherbert...

I add a small amount of water ( 4oz?) spread it in a shallow dish and freeze it. It tastes like a creamsicle. I do this for most of the shakes as I don't care for them. And this makes me stay fuller longer than drinking the shakes...

I got the orange with my 1st Medifast order. After one, I knew there was NO WAY I was going to be able to drink those! Reminded me too much of the orange drink the dr gives when testing your glucose levels. Anyhoo, threw my box out.

Thanks to all my awesome fellow MFers for the input!.

I will try many of the suggestions as I have about 10 more packets to go!.

Yes,,, the crytal like orange is good in it, and the diet soda is also good. I sometimes mix rootbeer with the vanilla It is like a float. No really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

Believe it or not, I've found the new Pepsi French Vanilla / Black Cherry Jazz (could that BE a longer name? ) tastes amazing in everything. Vanilla shakes, orange but especially- the Cappuccino!!..

I blend mine with a bunch of ice and about 3 shots of Malibu Rum!.

Ha, Ha! I crack myself up!! I'll say it again......crystal light go, raspberry ice and splenda. But orange is one of my favorites to begin with.

Good luck Medifast friend!.

Can't help you... The orange shakes are the only ones I like. I look forward to it everyday, all nice and plain!..

I really like the orange shakes but for a change sometimes I use the orange shake to make orange muffins. Using one of the posted muffin recipes that calls for oatmeal and a shake, I substitute with orange shake and orange extract. I have also made the Medifast Shake Cookies recipe using the orange shake, orange extract and only a dash of cinnamon. Both are a nice change once in a while when I want something to chew rather than sip...

Hmmm... I'm going to try the freezing thing. Menawhile, I mixed the orange half-and half with Swiss Mocha and added some Splenda. Not bad...
