Sounds like a claim is in order to UPS, since they were most likely the delivery source. How about talking to your UPS driver and asking him/her if the package can be held at one of their centers for you? How about asking him/her to put it around back?.
I don't see how NutriSystem can relate that directly to your UPS driver..
But, I would demand repayment from UPS for the anthill incident!..
I appreciate the guidance to contact UPS - but why do we have delivery instructions if nutrisystem refuses to add the delivery instructions to the packaging? I checked the box - no such instructions listed - if you all recall, when you first made your order, you had to fill out delivery instructions - why if nutrisystem simply fails to advise UPS - should UPS be responsible?..
I worked for a pharmaceutical company that shipped via UPS. We put delivery instructions on the shipping labels if requested to do so by customers.
An example is the label reading "place delivery on side porch." Nutrisystem certainly could do this as well...
