How can I make Medifast eggs edible?

My "scramble eggs" arrived today. OMG. One word NASTY. Not so much the taste, but the consistency.

How can I make these edible?!..

I love the eggs especially with hot sauce yummy.

I follow the microwave directions and they come out fluffy for me. I have also made them in a frying pan they come out similar to egg beaters..

Mix them well, let them soak. Mix again - you end up with something similar to eggbeaters at that point, without the graininess..

I make them in the microwave and also on the stove - as an omelette. Just remember to account for anything you add in - great way to up your "green" for the day...

I mix them with a wand blender in cold water, then let them sit while I organize everything else, then mix again. I always cook in frying pan (never tried the micro but I don't like any eggs in the micro). I add salsa on top and sometimes veggies in the eggs to make a veggie omelet.

I've seen some people mix them up the night before and store in fridge, then re-mix before using. There are several recipes that use them, too. Keep trying! Becki..

Hey Tracy...here's what works for me (someone on here suggested it)...warm water..

I mix it with 4 oz warm water then let it sit for about 20 minutes. Shake the shaker jar once more then they come out creamy and scramble up nicely.~..

I am with you on the eggs, I like them both ways!!! I sometimes add a little chili powder to mine and they are great. I do mine in a glass bowl and make sure you mix them prior to pouring them in the glass bowl, I also spray the glass bowl with pam as they rise up in the microwave so much I dont want them to stick. My microwave I cook for about 2-2.30 seconds and about half way through I stir. Sometimes about half way through I add broccolli to make an omlette. or my version of one anyway...

I just received my eggs today and I thought I would try them for my afternoon snack. I read about letting them soak so here is what I did..

Mix eggs w/ 1/2 cup water in Magic Bullet (small cup), let stand for 20 min..

In large MB cup measure out one serving of spinach leaves, add seasoning, (I added minced garlic, pepper, Mrs. Dash and Lawrey's Seasoning).

After I let eggs sit, I pour the eggs into the large MB cup, then mix in Magic Bullet till smooth..

I heat up frying pan on medium, spray w/ Pam, pour in egg mixture and cover.

Cook till light brown on bottom, about 4 min, flip and I then sprayed ICBINB and a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash, cover for 2 min. till light brown on bottom..

Remove and eat.

Count spinich as 1 serving of green..

I can't believe how good and filling it was. Quite impressed with just having the eggs for the first time...

I add a little chopped onion and peppers to them. I also add a little light shredded cheese and subtract from my lean for the day. I like them. they are lighter than regular eggs but good...

The eggs are one of my favorites, it tastes better than Eggbeaters IMO, seriously! I use one of my fat servings (1 pat of butter) to fry them in. I also use warm water and stir it up, let it sit for a few mins, stir again and then fry in a small omelette pan. SO DELICIOUS!!..

I cooked them in a skillet and they were so much better than in the microwave!!!..

Are you covering then after the second nuking? It makes them fluffy..

4 oz water, mix, microwave for 60 seconds, stir, cover, microwave for 45-60 seconds, remove, season (salsa, etc), eat...
