I knew Medifast works because I lost weight on it a couple years ago. And I knew I could stick with it - although it's a little tougher staying completely OP this time around. But I don't know if I actually really, truly believed that I could become a slim person. It even sounds strange for me to type that, as if I'm pretending to be someone I'm not. But I know now that I will lose all the weight I want to and I will be wearing sizes that I've never worn as an adult and I will keep off the weight.

When I lost weight before, I put down a goal weight, but it seemed like just a pipe dream to get to that. I was content to lose anything. Now, I'm thinking about lowering my goal weight from 160 to 145. It doesn't seem strange or unbelievable anymore that I could get to that weight.

I don't know what caused the change in my attitude, but I like it. Actually hitting my goal isn't just a fantasy for me anymore because I know it's really gonna happen..

I said the same thing to my husband today, I said, "I think I am really gonna do it this time". For the first time in a long time, I really believe I can be fit and healthy. We can all do this!.

Yes, I can't wait to go shopping. I actually am in need of some new fall clothes, but I am going to wait until I lose 15-20 before I shop. Heidi, you are so close to goal, what an accomplishment. I can't wait to know how that feels. Great Job! Janell..

That's what I said when I weighed 274. When I'm as close to goal as you are, I'll be saying, "I get to go shopping.
