There is no magic forumula... you're close to goal. Your calories eaten vs expended ratio has reduced. You just need to keep pushing along and it will happen.
Go to fat secret and enter a few days food and your excercise and it will show you your deficit. It takes about a 3200-3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 pound. You can see an example of how it displays if you click on the link in my signature that says view my food journal...

Yesterday and today I have been swapping my lunch and dinner, and trying to do more lean protein instead of dairy again. I tend to favor the dairy.....
Variety usually helps me too. If I'm eating a lot of broccoli, I'll switch to something else. Same for dairy/proteins, try a wide variety. I also switched to am and pm exercise for the last 10 lbs..
Thanks Jen! I didn't really think about that, and I tend to eat the same 4 kinds of veggies and dairy/proteins. I was more varied in the beginning, but for ease of shopping and prep, I have sort of stuck with some standbys. I will try to shake things up a bit...
I am now about 2 lbs away from goal ( although I may switch my goal). I took Jen's advice a few weeks back and have tried to get an extra PM workout some days out of the week, I haven't done it everyday, but as much as I can and it seems to help.
Also- check out a thread on the newbie board called "anyone else have a small amount to lose?" It's full of other people who are getting close to goal.
