My first question is: Has anyone heard of the Akai plant or fruit, they sell the drink a the local VitaminShoppe?.

My next question is: Wanting info on cycles and gear to take aswell as workout only been training 2 weeks but wanting to cheat straight away all help much appreciated..

So you have been eating like mad and expecting to put muscle/ mass on, BUT you havent been training???..

No been taking 4 shakes a day and eating like mad to put weight on before starting training but it just hasn't happened any thoughts..

Mate you have understand that taking steroids does not mean you will grow. that is a fact ok.. You will read about enough peeps in here that use them and then ask the question "is my gear fake cos I aint grown"....

Steroids is not the answer, I did not start to use them till well after 4 years of training.

Your best bet is eat like mad, read all the diet stickies in here, and train very heavy like your life depends on it, and keep to the basics ok...

This is a very confusing thread. We now have two members with remarkably similar names - and the original member THS has now been quoted but Im not sure why.

Tall and Skinny _ I may have missed another thread of yours but have you mentioned what your current training programme is. MIght be a good idea to get some opinions from us on the programme before you think any more about steroids..

Ok mate, good to know you been through a few threads, you will gain a lot through this...

Your tall and skinny? so we will assume you have a fast matabilism, so basically just eat anything ok, but make sure you get a whey protein every few hours, unless your taking weight gainers and stuff..

You just got to train heavy and stick to the basic compound movements (i.e. no shapping excercises ok).

You need to make sure your getting enough protein every few hours ok and you need to pile in the calories and loads cos your body will just blow them away as your matabilism is very quick..

I see no point at this stage to keep your diet clean, just pile it in and make sure your protein is there. ok it's as easy as that really and no secrets...
