TH&S haven't really set a definite goal, just plan on building more mass, figure I'll know it when I see it....
Will cut at some point but would like to pack on a few more lbs before I do it...
Just add more food and get plenty of rest you will soon start gaining again..
Adding another 500calories per day wil make a difference, with another 50g protein..
You could Supp that easy in a shake - 50g protein, 75g carbs..
