Hi Melinda. Welcome to the club. Man, people's tastes vary so much. Personally I can't tolerate the chicken noodle soup, the stew or the chili. I like the tomato soup. Like the chocolate shake and chocolate pudding.
I don't like it but I know it is good for me. (I also don't order it anymore, just took what was in the original package before I ordered individual items.).
I'm fond of the eggs, and I'm one of the few people (it seems) who likes the oatmeal. I read many posts about how bad the oatmeal is, but I like every flavor. I like most of the bars. Like the cinnamon pretzels and can now enjoy the parmesan puffs and chili nacho puffs. The first time I ate both of those I thought they were awful, but now I enjoy both..
I can eat the honey mustard pretzels if I don't take too often. Again, other people seem to really like those..
So my advice, when you place your order, get lots of the things you know you like and one or two new foods to try. If you like them you can expand your variety. If you don't like them...well it seems you are familiar with ebay..
Oh, yes, and the brownies are great..

This question is a funny one, because so many people are so different. I never liked the crab soup, yet others LOVE it!.
And, I can even say, that our own tastes change. I am a recommited Mf'r, and last time I lived on fruit and nut bars, now I cant get em down.
So, right now I am in love with:.

Hot Choc Drops.
Cream of Tomato Soup.
I have one of something else everyday, but these are my favorites.

Hi, this is my first time on the discussion board, and I like to comment on my favorites so far. I am into my 4th week and found many items I like. The brownies seem to be my favorite. I also enjoy the S'more bars, & choco-mint bars, I also really enjoy the pancakes, I sprinkle with just alittle cinnemon and splenda, it's really good. So now I have just been ordering individual boxes, it takes a few trial and errors, but it seems to be getting easier and reading other peoples "ways" of preparring items is really helpful! So keep on going, you can do it, just trial and error...

I use to love bars but they gave me bad bad tummy problems..
Cinnamon Pretzels Sticks.
I'll be going into my second month of Medifast soon and I also started with the variety pack..
- I like most of the bars; choc mint is my fave, strawberry & lemon ones are my least fave..
- I enjoy the choc shake; especially blended with a banana shake and 1 tsp of peanut butter! Then I get to enjoy it for two meals..
- I like the chicken noodle & chicken wild rice soups OK. I soak them before cooking & add a drop of hot sauce and some No Salt..
That's about it from the variety pack. I can stomach most of the other stuff, but definitely don't enjoy it. Recently I've discovered recipes on the forums to try and reinvent some of the things I dislike most; oatmeals, vanilla/strawberry/orange shakes, pudding..
Another tip I found on the boards is that you can order single servings of anything on the menu by calling customer service. They're $2.50-$3.00 each depending on what you get. I just placed a moderately sized order of one of each of the new things and stuff I haven't tried yet..
And if you do it within 30 days of placing your original order, you can exchange any items (either unopened or opened with only 1 packet missing) by calling customer service..
