My first question is: Eharmony? Match.com, jdate.com etc. Which is the best and why?.

My next question is: I've always been the one to be asked out. Now, the tables have turned and I'm confused about this great guy I've met.I really like and I think he may like me as well. I always see him in his work environment, and he sends me subtle signals of interest (like, watching me and smiling, always making the effort to say hi, standing close when we talk, gently touching my arm , talking softly to me and during a recent conversation saying he likes Starbucks).Has he not asked me out because it's his place of business? Would it be too forward for me to ask him out for a Starbucks coffee the next time I see him?.

You never know - he could be married or have a girlfriend or be in some other way unavailable.  If you want to ask him for coffee, go for it.  But in my experience, if a guy is both interested and available, he'll ask you out.  But sure, there's no harm in asking if he wants to grab a cup of coffee.

I dont see why you cant suggest an outting at Starbucks sometime.  Good luck!..

Ask him out for coffee!!!  Not too much risk in this.  It's a little of your time and maybe the cost of a couple of coffees..

Good Luck!!.

I think a casual, "Well I know we both like Starbucks.  Maybe we could grab coffee there sometime" is fine....

I personally never directly ask but if they're super slow, I'll drop a subtle hint about hanging out.  Or if they're esp dense, then an OBVIOUS hint lol  But I only do one of those and if they don't bite right away they're cut off...

If you ask him out the first time, then the ball is in his court.  Let him be the one to lead or you will end up always putting yourself out there for someone who may not be able to give you the "effort" you want...
