Don't do it! It feels SO amazing when the pants start to sag, or your double chin starts going away...It feels even better, not waking up in the morning with a food hangover........
Plus, you'll just feel guilty the second you're done with the rush of that cookie!!!..
QUICK!!!! Out the door!! Go for a nice long walk!! Think of those cookies as evil little bites of rancid fat!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE IN-YOU CAN DO THIS!!!..
Just kidding! I don't know if this will work for you, so don't try it if there's any question that it might send you over the edge. But sometimes when I bake, I just like to stick my nose in and take a big whiff of baked goodie smell. It makes me feel ike, "ahhh, that's enough" and then I walk away. I'm probably weird though... so this is not helpful!..
I always chew on a piece of real minty sugar free gum....nothing tastes really god after your mouth is all minty! And remember NOTHING tastes as good as THIN feels!..
This is what we do also. My DD is a skinny minnie and when she has real ice cream or chips or various other yummies - we ask her if we can smell her food. She always laughs but she lets us and that's all we need!..
...or a Medifast Brownie cookie. It's my favorite. No one in my faimly can believe that I eat those and lose weight. I love it!.
To make it, just add 2 Tbls of water to the brownie mix and stir until well mixed. On a microwaveable plate, spray with a bit of Pam. Spoon out the brownie mixture onto the plate and spread out until it's about 4" round. Cook on high in microwave for one minute (cooking time will vary with each microwave). Take out and let cool.
For an even more scrumptious cookie, freeze it for about a couple hours and top with 1 tsp (add this as 1 condiment) of FF cool whip. This is soooooo good, and I look forward to it each morning. I'm ordering more brownies in my next order so that I can have it twice a day...
