My first question is: Does anyone know if VitaminShoppe Men's ArginMax works?.

My next question is: What would be better for PCT? I was going to do a Winstrol cycle but it's been 3 weeks and nothings turned up. Have a chance to try Dbol from a local 'source'..

Cycle being - 8 week Dbol oral. dosage -.

Week 1 - 15mg/day.

Week 2 - 20mg/day.

Week 3 - 25mg/day.

Week 4 - 30mg/day.

Week 5 - 30mg/day.

Week 6 - 25mg/day.

Week 7 - 20mg/day.

Week 8 - 15mg/day.

1 Nolvadex tab (20mg) taken every other day during cycle just as a precautionary measure against gyno etc.

Also will be taking - liv 52 2 tabs 3 times a day..

Milk thistle tab daily aswell..

Vitamin C - 2000mg - to hold back that water retention.

Multi Vit - Animal Stack.

Regarding PCT - I was thinking.

Week 1 - 40mg Nolva/day.

Week 2 & 3 - 20 mg Nolva/day.

Only thing is after some reseach I see Nolva is an anti-estrogen. However, does not help with increasing Testosterone levels (I may get shutdown). What about Clomid? Ive read it's an anti-estrogen and helps with testosterone levels but is not recommended for other reasons.

Any input on this?..

I'm only tapering as it'll be my first cycle. The advantages of tapering for a novice like me would be:.

1) Ease into a higher dosage. (easier to pop the old gear 'cherry on 15mg then 35..

2) Ease down so body doesn't shut down as much. (Well thats the theory anyway)...

Just read this -.

Studies conducted in the late 1970's at the University of Ghent in Belgium make clear the advantages of using Nolvadex instead of Clomid for increasing testosterone levels (1). Here, researchers looked the effects of Nolvadex and Clomid on the endocrine profiles of normal men, as well as those suffering from low sperm counts (oligospermia). For our purposes, the results of these drugs on hormonally normal men are obviously the most relevant. What was found, just in the early parts of the study, was quite enlightening. Nolvadex, used for 10 days at a dosage of 20mg daily, increased serum testosterone levels to 142% of baseline, which was on par with the effect of 150mg of Clomid daily for the same duration (the testosterone increase was slightly, but not significantly, better for Clomid). We must remember though that this is the effect of three 50mg tablets of Clomid.

Results discrepancy forming that strongly favors the Nolvadex side.

I understad what you mean about tapering but your examples are flawed....

1) Ease into a higher dosage. (easier to pop the old gear 'cherry on 15mg then 35..

35mg is not a high dose even for a 1st timer plus the body does not work in the way you are expecting by way of "easing in".

2) Ease down so body doesn't shut down as much. (Well thats the theory anyway).this is totally wrong your body's HPTA would be suppressed if you used 15mg or 35mg suppression is suppression tapering will certainly not avoid this....tapering is an old way of using D/bol and in my experiance the wrong way......

1 - your popping the cherry anyways. do it proper rather than half arsed!!.

2 - the theory is wrong... your body is shut down before you begin tapering back... all tapering does at that point is give your body less to work with! your PCT is what corrects the shutdown... tapering does NOTHING for it other than reduce the amount of gains you can hold on to!!..

Cheers guys - i'll be doing a 6 week cycle.

But 1st week 30/day.

Weeks 2-5 35mg/day.

Week 6 30mg/day.

Wholly to get the cycle done in 200 tabs exactly. So it'll be 2 complete containers of Dbol (no wastage)...

No need to look at the excess as a waste, save them for a kick starter on another cycle...

My first cycle was dbol for 15mgs a day with weekends off for 9 weeks in the end..

Imo do 30mg`s as a second cycle as I did-.

Ive out on 5 solid pounds each time!.

One of my buds is now doing the same with good results...

Mick Harts cycle - was 10 weeks tapering up to 50mg a day and ten down again - total of 492 tabs! I thought that was too much. Is 30-35mg/day too much for a first time user?.

Some people are saying dbol on it's own is a waste of time as you loose most once the cycle finishes. Is this true? Bear in mind PCT will definately take place..

3 weeks.

Week 1- 40mg/day.

Weeks 2 & 3 - 20mg/day.

As it's my first cycle I want to see results but not if it means getting heavy sides...

I`m just saying you can gain on a minimal amount-.

You body gets very used to dbol-(AAS).

The 30mg`s felt no more than 15mg`s and that was with 6 months gap...

Dbol alone is not the best cycle..

BUT you are a first timer so theres no need to over complicate anything..

There are better cycles out there - but this cycle WILL give you good results..

Although tapering still isnt the best idea, if you just want to stick to 200 tabs, fair enough. it's a small taper and reasoning makes sense!.

IF you dont gain or lose all gains on cycle it will be for one of 3 reasons:.

1 - your dbol was fake.

2 - your diet was not good enough.

3 - your training and recuperation were lacking..

If you have decent D/bol and a decent diet and training routine then 30mg of D/bol ed for 6 weeks will give some impressive gains what you keep after the cycle is down to 2 things...

1 - PCT.

2 - Diet.

This is not rocket science it is simple we have all said that tapering is an out of date way of using D/bol and not needed but if you want to do this in your cycle then do it but don't fool your self by believing you are not going to be as shutdown by using this method....good luck..
