Does anyone have any suggestions for the BEST cleanser to use while on Murad Resurgence to better prevent and clear up breakouts? (Hopefully there is such a thing... I never have much luck)I'm about a month into my course and I break out a bit about every other week I wanna say? This one right now could be due to my period though... ugh. But yeah! If there's a good cleanser that I should use that keeps things looking their best then it'd be greatly appreciated! I don't really have just ONE actual good cleanser that I'm using right now, so I'm on the lookout for something new! Thanks!..

I used dermalogica medibac cleanser for a while on my course. But it's harsh and your skin might not like it.As I progressed through my course I added dermalogica ultracalming cleanser. Now I mainly use ultracalming - and sometimes medibac...

I use a soap-free cleanser called "Mi". Its basically a lotion, which really helps dry skin while on Murad Resurgence. It may cause people problems who have oily skin, tho. For people who dont want severly dry skin on Murad Resurgence, I recommend this...

I use a bar soap called Milk & Honey or something like that. It is all natural, gentle, soap-free. It's intended to be used as a body bar? I've been using it for around 2 months and it never irritates my skin, and that says a lot b/c I'm on 80 mg of Murad Resurgence. Smells nice too & where it's a bar, it'll last FOREVER !! I keep a bar in the shower and a bar in my soapdish on my sink so I can use it in the shower or at the sink. DO NOT USE A WASHRAG WITH IT!! this will irritate your skin wayyy too much. Just wet your face, get a little on your hands, and wash for just a few seconds, like 15 seconds or less if you can.

Good luck on your search! steph..

I add 2 drops of pure Jason's Tea Tree Oil to my purpose cleanser (I use the bar) and I add a couple drops of Jojoba Oil in the AM, and Vitamin E Oil in the PM to my Cetaphil Lotion. This seems to get the job done, and keeps my face smooth and moisturized...
