OMG Jamie, let me know when you find it!!!! Yummmm..
Is this the one:.
Recipe: Shiritake Stroganoff.
1 package Shiritake noodles - fettuccine style.
1 clove garlic, crushed.
3/4 cup raw sliced mushrooms.
5.2 ounces cooked ground buffalo (or ground beef with less than 4% fat).
1 wedge Original Lite Laughing Cow Cheese.
1.5 ounce reduced-fat cheddar cheese.
2 Tablespoons Chicken Broth.
2 Teaspoons Lite sour cream.
Drain Shiritake noodles in a colander and then place in a microwavable bowl. Pour enough water in the bowl to cover the noodles. Microwave for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse, return to bowl, cover with water, and microwave for 3 minutes more. Drain, return to bowl, microwave dry for 1 minute. Allow to sit for a minute and repeat.
Place the garlic in a pan with the mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are done to your liking. Add the cooked ground meat and get them hot. Turn off stove and allow to sit while making the sauce..
In a small microwavable bowl add the shredded cheddar, broth, sour cream, and laughing cow. Microwave for 30 seconds then mix well, mashing the laughing cow cheese as you go. When the sauce is pretty well incorporated, pour it into the meet and mushroom mixture and mix well, then do an extra drain on the noodles before adding the meat and cheese mixture. Mix well and eat..
**** This is my suggestion for getting the best flavor out of the Shiritake noodles... mildly time consuming but worth the extra rinsing and cooking...
Lynne this sounds great,I haven't had the nerve to try the noodles yet....thank u..
Not the one but this sounds just as good!..

1 onion, sliced or diced.
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed (or 1 teas. minced).
1 Tbsp olive oil.
4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips.
2 Tbsp tomato paste.
1 Tbsp paprika.
1-1/2 cups chicken broth.
3 cups sliced mushrooms.
Saut onion and garlic in oil until onion softens. Add chicken and cook until lightly brown. Add paprika and tomato paste and stir until chicken is coated. Add the broth/stock and then the mushrooms. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until sauce is thickened..
I think you just have to cut down on the onion..
