Remember that if you are on the automatic delievery orders you can go in and customize your orders. You don't have to continue to get the "favorites" package if that is what you are getting. Just to to your My Account (little button at the very top left of the page) ... you may need to re-sign in and then click on it again, depending on when you last signed in. There you can choose to edit your order. That way there a no surprises unless they have had to make a substitution. Then (as the moderator as already said) if they substitute something you don't like you can get it exchanged for something you do like...

Thanks! I'm a newbie and received my first shipment so everything is so new but I was wondering what to do if you really didn't like something and ended up with a lot of it. I know there are so many choices but the box really isn't a sampler - there are many that I did not receive..

I'm looking forward to customizing as I sample more......

NS does do one thing wrong in my mind when supplying your "free food" or "free week of food." I am amazed that I always get things I don't like. OK, how does Nutrisystem know I don't like certain things.. because I don't order them. I think it should be their policy to send for your free food only from the items you specifically order. That way they know they are sending you food you want. I was really a little mad my last order that I received some food I specifically didn't order.

Most people who customize their orders do so to make sure they don't get certain foods they really dislike...

Many people, including me, have discovered new "favorites" from items they received in the free week. There were a few items that I really like and I would never have ordered had I not received them in the free week...
