Hey All!.

So finally I got my order yesterday and have started the diet today. Wish me luck!!.

Got a few questions ....

1. Do I have to eat each meal in one go or can I have it over a period of 1-2 hours. In the morning I was not able to eat cereal + fruit + proteins for breakfast but forced it in. It was too much to eat And how many hours gap would you recommend between breakfast, lunch and dinner?.

2. Is eating multi-vits really important during the diet?.

Thank you every one! Yeah I guess it makes sense to spread it out. I am finding it hard to eat all in one go..

Another thing that is driving me crazy is measuring the amount of veggies to take or amount of FF shredded cheese or other small items to eat. Do all of you approximate it? I just want to stick to the plan totally and I know am getting a little too particular about things. Just want to make it work, so would appreciate your help!.

Measure everything. Especialy at first but in reality for the entire time. One of the things you are learning is portion control. So always measure..

As a new person (2 weeks) I have a question that is hard for me to figure out on my own. An example is Romaine is listed as 1 cup but in my book it is listed as unlimited, which one is true????? There are many examples like this...

If it says unlimited it is unlimited. Eat as much as you want. I never count lettuce. Just make big salads but watch the dressing...

I say eat all the lettuce you want. None of us gained weight because we ate too much lettuce :O)..

For most veggies, 1 cup raw (or 1/2 cup cooked) meets the minimum requirement for a veggie serving.

So for romaine, you could have 1 cup or more (unlimited)..
