OK, two things about me:.

1. I need LOTS of flavor sometimes! I mean a flavor explosion!.

2. I love to play around in the kitchen....minds out of the gutter!.

Tonight was a night I needed a spicy flare! So what I came up with this evening is a buffalo wing sauce! No, not eating any wings, but this sauce is delicious, flavorful and as best as I can tell....NOT cheating!.

Needed:.

5-10 squirts of "I can't believe it's not butter".

1-3 TBSP "Frank's Red Hot" original not wing , original. (other brands will work, but Franks is great for hot wing sauce.) I use 1 TBSP with 6 squirts "ICBINB" for warm, more Frank's for hotter..

Add garlic powder for a little pizazz..

This is under the "condiment" rule. So use it wisely..

Mix together and use as sauce or for dipping.

Can be used on lean chicken or shrimp! It is good. I will be experimenting a lot through the coming weeks and posting what I learn..

Franks has been my crack on here.... Medifast eggs, egg beaters, cauliflower buffalo chicken, Medifast chili, ground turkey buffalo salad, turkey or chicken buffalo lettuce wraps.... I love how the serving for the 12 oz bottom is 70... Too bad for me it took 2 weeks :-)....

You can get 23 oz at the store for $4.69 or I got 2, 23 fl oz at costco for $5.00....

Best condiment ever!..

I make buffalo "chicken" salad a few times a week with Franks! I put it on just about everything now!! I am just like you, I have to have flare, and spice, and flavor. Lord knows, I wouldnt be able to do medifast without hot sauce. haha. Even the franks buffalo sauce is awesome and no carbs!! Texas pete is another really good hot sauce, not buffalo but good. You cant find it everywhere but it's the perfect flavor for egg beaters and soups IMO...

Oh... and by the way. the reason I said "chicken" is because I actually always use 99% fat free ground turkey in my salads, because it is 1000 times easier...

Another option is since you get one healthy fat with 6 oz of chicken is to put the one tsp of REAL BUTTER into the 3 TBS of Franks, with about 1/4 tsp lemon juice. warm in the microwave for 30 seconds or so (enough time to melt butter). I then grill my Chicken on the BBQ and paint the sauce on with my brush. Then I can cube up the chicken for a Buffalo Chicken Salad, and it's not all "saucy"...I think I know whats for dinner......
