I just made a really fast and easy buffalo chicken salad I found online. It was awesome. http://www.medifastdietplan.net/medi...ean-and-green/.
I used frozen pre-cooked chicken breast pieces to save even more time. I chopped the celery and romaine, which took the most time, but worth it. Otherwise I added on plan (<5 carbs) blue cheese salad dressing. Yum!.
My tip is to make a large batch (whole bag of chicken for example) and portion out the leftovers. Made a great second meal tonight!.
Would also welcome any suggestions if I messed up the plan/measurements. Pretty sure this is one complete lean and green meal...

Zen TX - I just made this for dinner tonight - and all I have to say is...THANK YOU!!! This was so delicious! I didn't think I would be able to eat buffalo chicken while on Medifast (it's one of my favorite foods) and thanks to you, I can!..
OMG! Sounds so good. I love spicy Buffalo flavored chicken!..
I made this for dinner, my hubby had a bite and liked it too. My only suggestion is that if you dont like it super hot only use 2tbs of the Franks. I can't wait to make this again...
