There are so many options and everyone's tastes vary BUT my personal faves are choc shakes, cocoa and oatmeal raisin bars...........

I enjoy the eggs, and oatmeal, I also enjoy doing a Pumpkin spice muffin receipe turning an oatmeal and chai meal and mixing the two.

I make shakes out of the pudding! Any of them a cup or so chopped ice, a cup or so water, one package pudding blender or magic bullet. Blend it smooth and eat with a spoon!.

I love the chocolate shakes (they used to be my least favorite!) I add a few tablespoons of water, mix it up and it tastes just like cake batter! Very Yummy!..
The chocolate pudding, chicken noodle soup, chocolate mint bars and the caramel nut bars are my favorite...

Dutch Choc. Shakes.
Banana Shakes (and I add Pumpkin Spice seasoning).
Cream of Tomato Soup.
Notes: I add hot sauce to my soups and chili. I will only eat one bar a week because they stall my weightloss..

I'm new too. It'll be one week on Monday...the day after Easter Sugar Day. I bought the 2 week package and wish I had picked what I thought I'd like. I have trouble with the tomato soup (altho I love Campbell's) and I cannot stand the peach oatmeal. what I've done is, add basil to the tomato soup and...now don't get grossed out... I eat the peach oatmeal cold.
I take the tomato soup and add some greens or veggies to it...
Hate the vanilla pudding with a passion. Love the Chocolate and Banana..
Love the Vanilla Shake w/ cinnamon, and the Chocolate Shake. Don't like AT ALL the strawberry (but, I don't like strawberry ice cream either and it kinda has that same flavor.) Tolerate the orange..
Hate the Beef Vegetable Soup, like the Chicken Noodle and the Chicken and Wild Rice especially with some extra seasoning..
LOVE all the hot drinks. (Hot Cocoa, Cappuchino, Chai).
LIKE the oatmeal, mostly.
Really good: Waffles made out of the oatmeal, and bread made from the Cream of Tomato/Cream of Broccoli and the Eggs.
I do NOT eat the eggs or COB/COT straight, but I just ordered all of those so I can make bread. Still experimenting with muffin recipes, cause that'd be nice too, so far haven't tried one I really liked..
Trying the Swiss Mocha shakes this order, and I love Mocha so I hope I like them as much as I think I will...

The first week is the WORST. I made a goal and a reward of something I really wanted but hadn't bought for myself because it was pricey - and when I succeeded at the first week, I got it. Maybe something like that will work for you - give yourself something nice for making it through the day/week...
