Starbucks was my daily thing do drink. Sometimes 2 times a day. It took me about 2 weeks to get over my withdraws from my Skinny Lattes. But today I had a Chocolate Shake and left over coffee from the morning. It tastes just like a Mocha Latte.
I missed Starbucks so much in the beginning. I ended up drinking just black coffee now and do not have the cravings for my lattes..

It sounds like your drinks are on plan. I would just be wary of the amount of caffeine you are taking in. Remember that you are now eating less than 1000 calories daily, and your body may react quite differently to that level of stimulant intake. If you don't see any negative effects, I say enjoy your new drink!..
I have Chocolate or Vanilla Diabetic Shake, Decaf Via (starbuck's instant coffee), with a tsp of toasted marshmallow or hazelnut syrup, blended with ice almost every night. Man it's great. Give that a try. If you have the coffee bar - use your shots of espresso vs. Via. Good luck. I like the diabetic shakes because they are less sweet from regular version...
I only drink 1 or 2 16oz coffees a day (2 shots of espresso each) But I've been doing this so long I get headaches without the caffeine.
I think If I can still have my coffee, I will be ok...
I tried a chocolate shake blended with ice and a diet cherry coke. Different but it was actually good!!..
It didn't fizz all over the place? What was your trick?..
Welcome JustTobi and all the luck to you. I also love the swiss mocha shakes with instant coffee and a little ice all blended up in blender. Yum Yum. GREAT alternative to the coffee shops. All worth it in the end!!!..
My favorite drink is the vanilla 55 powdered shake mixed with 2 shots of espresso and ice in the blender, delish!..
I second the vanilla shake but I use a tsp of decaf instant coffee, tsp of sf caramel syrup from Starbuck and a few ice cubes.
That's what I have every morning on my way to work... it's awesome!..
Hmm... I have to try some different things. I am on day 4. I have been very sick for the last 2 days so I haven't been OP. Haven't really been OFF either since I haven't been eating at all. I did have 6 ritz crackers though.
I can drink some of the water but to drink that much, Iced tea does the trick. unsweetened of course...
