I am addicted!.

I made a brownie in advance one day and ate it after it cooled off and it was delicious!.

The chocolate chips harden and taste sweeter than when they are melted...

I love them cold, warm or hot. They are sooo good..

Last night was my favorite. I still needed 2 healthy fats so I mixed in cream cheese, added a little WF choc syrup and microwaved for 1 min, 20 sec. Then put in freezer for a couple of hours. BEST BROWNIE EVER!! It was so moist and fudgy and the cream cheese gave it such a yummy taste. I'm gonna try and save my healthy fats for my brownie more often...

I like my brownies best frozen! I don't even cook them, just mix and pop in the freezer for about 30 minutes. I like to be able to taste the chocolate chips...

I only eat them cold, the longer they sit during the day, the better the treat that evening, yummy!!..

I did this once but made it with coffee instead of water to cut the sweetness (I'm a savory lover, not a sweet tooth). I thought it was heaven on a hot evening...

I think I will make one now to save for tonight. Today is my hubby's birthday, and we are having a huge surprise party for him. In my efforts to convince our friends NOT to bring gifts (which would mortify my husband), I ever-so-wisely suggested that each attending family bring a cake to share - something of a "cake potluck.".

What was I thinking!?.

I love eating the brownies cold! I usually make them the night before, the longer they sit, the denser and richer they seem to become. If I want a real treat I add a tblsp of pb2 to the powder before mixing, it makes them super fudgy.... Like a real brownie.....

I make mine in the morning and then freeze them. WOW. It tastes like fudge...

OK I'm a convert, I LOVE LOVE my warm brownies, but had the oven on the other day so cooked one that I was going to have for supper, put it in the fridge when cooled and left it all day. I now LOVE cold brownies as well. Haven't tried one frozen yet, but they are great made into ice cream, with a cup of ice and some cream cheese all blitzed into a lovely chocolate chip ice cream..
